I like the bottoms and sizing was okay... The upper isn't great for high volume feet and the shoes don't work well in the gym or on trails. Basically your foot can completely slide out of them and there is no way to ahere it tighter to your ankle

Got these to use as slippers as my feet get really cold in the kitchen in winter and the slippers I had just don't have a big enough toe box. Despite the thin soles they are really making a difference. Generally a 41 in Freet but as out of stock, got a 42. Definitely too big for shoes but ok for slippers, especially with socks. Different colours would be nice!

I suspect I'm not alone in using the Talus as a house shoe or slipper. It is incredibly minimalist and I'm not brave enough to tackle the great outdoors without just a tad more protection, but as an indoors shoe it is unbeatable. While it resembles a thin gym slipper, it has something which none of those have: a genuinely wide toe box. So, while the Talus is a tad expensive as a house slipper, there's simply nothing else out there that doesn't compromise barefoot biodynamics or is simply insufficiently wide. It is not that durable, hence the 4 stars, but with care I can get a year or two out of a couple of pairs when alternating between them. Have bought five pairs to date... and will doubtless buy again
