These are exceptionally good!

I have tried many and various barefoot running shoes. On my feet a lot of them don't last more than a few weeks. And it's super difficult to find any that have enough traction to be safe to wear on wet trails. I've been running in these Feldoms through this exceptionally wet winter long distances every day in the mud and drying in gentle heat afterwards (which I guess is probably not recommended!). So far so very good. No sign of deterioration. Please don't change design...I'll be back for more when these eventually wear out.

Confidence inspiring grip on squishy stuff

Confidence inspiring grip on mud and squishy stuff, but watch out, the sole's achilles' heel is smooth wet surfaces - the soles are quite hard, which i think will mean they last a long time. The downside is on wet granite, or tiles just as you come in from the rain, they're like ice skating
