The Ortholite insole will fit the same size as the shoe.

If your size is out of stock you can choose the next larger size and trim to fit. Cut around the front and outside of the insole only, avoid cutting the sculptured part.

The 6.0 mm insole will take up a little more space in the shoe/boot, so make sure you have this extra room.

Great insoles

I really like barefoot shoes for the fit and feel of them but I cannot walk all day in very minimal shoes on hard surfaces without my feet getting slowly more and more fatigued.
These insoles are the perfect solution for me, they add that bit of cushioning/firmness that I need.
I use them in my daily shoes (xero dillon) and for me they last about 10 months at about 10.000 steps daily (and 2000k of cycling). at that point they still look ok but the cushioning is diminished.

The best barefoot insoles

After having tried all kinds of barefoot insoles, I came back to buy more of these. I've been using them for years and they haven't deformed. They effectively soften the shock when walking with the thin barefoot soles, without them my feet hurt.

I always buy these with Freet shoes (own 3 now). The feel of these on a low to no midsole shoe works perfect for me. It’s the best of all worlds where you get some of that cushy feel you would get from a thick foam midsole though with better ground feel and without unnecessary weight.
