How much is Shipping?

Shipping is €5*

*Shipping is €15 to Greece, Cyprus and Malta

Switzerland - shipping is €30.  All duty is to be paid by customer on delivery.  We do not allow returns from these countries due to the problem with customs and duty. 

Norway - Due to the high cost of shipping, we are currently unable to ship to Norway but shoes can be purchased from https://barfotsko.no/

When will I get my shoes?

Orders received by midday are normally despatched within 1-2 working days, by a tracked service, delivery is 1-5 days, depending on location.

Shoes delivered to Italy, Spain or Portugal may take longer.

You will receive a tracking number to enable you to check on when your parcel will be delivered. 

Switzerland

Shipping to Business, PO Box, Hotel or Third Party courier

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

Any orders to be sent to a business, hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client. We, therefore, regret to inform, that we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help in such a case.

Restrictions

Freet Footwear is not liable if items go missing after delivery.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
