Esk

Before I bought my Esk boots I had been wearing zero fall footwear for a while. Then I bought my Freets! In two weeks I have seen a change in the alignment of my toes and an easing in my ankle pains. I will be buying more Freet products and thinning out my collection of 'conventional' footwear. This 66 year old is a convert. Thanks Freet!

So comfy, plenty of flexibility and barefoot feedback, and very good water resistance. I am delighted.

The order for a family member was promptly delivered, and reportedly the boots fitted well and were comfortable.

Very happy with this purchase. The leather upper is very soft making the shoe extremely comfortable to wear. I am also happy with the low profile sole.
I take UK size 8 normal shoes but my other walking shoes & boots are usually a UK size 9, however following the review I purchased the size 8 Esk. With thicker socks these are fine, however I think a size 7 would have been too small as the length and toe room for the big toe is fine with the size 8. If 1/2 sizes were made then maybe a 7.5 UK size would have been ok. However I added an extra basic insole from Freet and that has done the job in improving the fit with thinner casual socks as opposed to walking/hiking socks, which are also Ok.
As I was very happy with these Esk bootees I also purchased a Citee pair of shoes and these are also very very comfortable. My normal UK size 8 was fine in these Citee shoes.

I am really pleased with my new Esk boots; they are very comfortable and I know they are going to be lovely and warm for the winter. I bought them to replace my old Mudee boots which were a firm favourite. I went down a size from my old boots and found they were a perfect fit.
